
Allowing ourselves to step into our vulnerability adopts a practice of openness, awareness & mindfulness of your environment as well as your thoughts, feelings and triggers in recognition to encourage you to disengage you from your fear & uncertainty.
We all have the tendency to hide away from what we truly feel, think & fear that acting on these creates unfavourable situations. This is so common with trying to hide from this part of ourselves and I will be honest, it’s hard but it will become easier as you continue to proactively practice the allowance of feeling vulnerable.
I’m using this episode to talk about how to step into your space of vulnerability.
Use this episode as a guide to help navigate the situations of where you feel vulnerable and know how to honour yourself within those scenarios. We hope this inspires you to love yourself enough to show up for yourself authentically.
