In this episode, we sit down with Gail Molyneaux, author of the book, Move That Pain, a memoir chronicling her life with Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (sJIA), a rare and debilitating condition she has faced since the age of five, and latterly Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Now at fifty-six, Gail shares her journey—one filled with resilience, laughter, and unwavering determination. She enjoys life with her husband, fondly known as Mog, her 19-year-old daughter, Ellie, and their rescue dog, Wilf, embracing their love of motorbiking and going away in their campervan.
This is her debut book, and we hope her story will inspire and help others to find their own path to healing and growth.
Through writing her book, Gail has discovered the transformative power of storytelling, not only for herself but for countless others facing similar battles.
Join us as we explore how putting her journey into words has made a difference—not just for her, but for the wider community of people seeking strength and empowerment in adversity.
Tune in to hear Gail’s inspiring perspective on resilience, healing, and the importance of finding joy beyond pain.
