If you've grown up black in America, unfortunately, drug addiction has probably plagued you or someone in your family. If you've managed to be successful, it's because you overcome such odds... Judge Terrinee Gundy is a prime example of that. Raised in Jacksonville, Florida, with an amazing but also drug addicted father, shaped her worldview while pushing her simultaneously to extraordinary heights. On this episode, Caleb and Trav sit down with Judge Gundy and one of her closest friends, Iman Ramadan, to talk about Judge Gundy's autobiography, "The Daughter Of A Junkie". They also talk about the process of convincing Iman to record an album to promote the book, their very vibrant friendship, and what it's taken for them to both become success stories despite the challenges of where they came from.
