My healing journey from grief of my Father, my little brother, my auntie, my two uncles, and all my grandparents. How you can naturally heal from any illness.

3. HOW and WHY;

- I quit playing and leading music

- Dropped out of college

- Stopped going to church

- Stopped hanging out with people who drained my energy

- Started my side hustle.

- Moved to Africa

I DID IT ALL to protect my mental health because I was struggling with depression and loss of six family members including my father and our last born. Being unaware of mental health, grieving process, and support from my family and community, I had to solve this problem on my own. - I started eating healthy, sleeping early, hanging out with my close friends, and going in nature.
