An awful ordeal that people should begin the process of getting their money back for immediately. Hopefully this provides some added detail and context for those affected or just interested overall. Simply put...if you booked anything Challenge or Reality related through Showroom Travel...get your money back ASAP. If you are just following all of this from afar, try not to have too much fun at other people's expense.
