Joining our #Chakrachat on Grounding is Teacher Ayman Khatib from Lebanon. Ayman is an international Yoga teacher, Thai Yoga massage teacher and practitioner. Yoga has been a part of his life since 2003. In 2012, he started a journey in Asia that showed him the true purpose of life and resulted in ending his corporate career and becoming a Yoga teacher.

He has travelled, learnt and taught in many yoga centres and ashrams around the world. The experience made him realise his own dharma to share his findings of the traditional and authentic yogic science and philosophy. Ayman is known for his calmness in conducting warm and inviting classes and workshops that are best described as physically, mentally and spiritually uplifting.
