Today we sat down with the delightful, kind and skilled Rene Unser. Rene has been an athlete since she was a kid and has turned that love of sport into the life she wants. As a coach and race director Rene and her team at Pace Trail Runs continue to nurture an grow an amazing trail running community in beautiful British Columbia. Today we learn about Rene's origins in running, her life as an athlete, we talk about how she began her company and the coffee company her and her partner started. We get to know Rene and what keeps her coming back to running and racing and how she makes it all work.
