Hayley Simmonds is nothing short of a cycling superstar. She has the British record for 10, 25 and 50 Mike Time Trials. She is a Commonwealth and European Games medalist and has won the National Hill Climb Championships! Not bad fir someone who used to be a heavyweight Cambridge University rower!!
