 Après des études en sciences politiques et en médiation aux Etats Unis, Aïda Tazi a créé une fondation pour aider les Palestiniens à accéder à l'éducation.

 Devenir mère de trois enfants a été un tournant majeur pour Aïda Tazi, lui rappelant les vraies priorités de la vie. Mais ce qui l'a le plus inspirée, ce sont ses quatre grands-parents, qui ont partagé́ avec elle leurs riches expériences de vie et leur vision du monde.

 Dans cet épisode passionnant, Aïda Tazi partage sa réflexion sur l'importance de l'empathie et de l'écoute dans la gestion des employés, en s'appuyant sur l'héritage de sa famille.
