Dr. Cornelia Kawann is an Electrical Engineer & Personal Energy Strategist. Cornelia is also an executive in the Swiss electricity regulator and the founder of energy-on!
During her corporate career, she has held various management positions in several energy companies in Europe, all the while founding two start-ups. As a Personal Energy Strategist under the brand energy-on!, Cornelia empowers busy female exec-preneurs to use their full energy and thrive in their career and business. As an electrical engineer, working with energy and frequencies in all its forms comes natural to her. She explains to her clients the world of quantum physics and shows them how to understand, measure, increase and shift their energy. Managing their own energy is the shortcut to reaching their goals. When not working in the energy industry or with private clients, Cornelia can be found sharing her hacks in her energy-on! show or interviewing inspiring energy workers and scientists. She also often appears on podcasts as a guest and at international conferences as a speaker. During her studies, she won scholarships at two American Universities and later worked at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and in several energy companies in Europe. All these different touch points resulted in a vast global network.
Cornelia’s mission is to make energy work popular. Her passions include painting, swimming long distances and visiting places with high energy. She stems from an Austrian family of entrepreneurs, which is why building companies and problem solving is in her DNA. Within 3 months she had written an outstanding book about Personal Energy Management with which she shares all her wisdom and empowers other women to do the same and have all the energy to make their dreams come true.
