Hello!! On this months episode we discuss the novel Shopgirl written by Steve Martin. I (Adam) was hesistant to read this book for several reasons. Firstly, Steve Martin is a childhood hero of mine I struggled to believed he would write a bad book. Secondly, as Steve Martin is an accomplished author, playwrite, actor and musician I thought this book would be too good and therefore would be a funny one for us a review and there myself and Helen would have to do some actual work and be proper reviewers of books.
