Welcome to our podcast series, Celebrating Stories of Faith. In this series we'll be hearing from Christians across the North of England about how and why their faith is so important to them, and what they do about that.
Celebrating Stories of Faith is part of Faith in the North. Commissioned by the Archbishop of York, Faith in the North seeks to help us learn from and reconnect with our Christian heritage, as well as compellingly communicate the heart of the Christian faith, and its message of good news, freedom and purpose for all people.

Calum is a vicar in Bramhall near Stockport and shares how the church there has welcomed people inside the building through Heritage Open Days and an Art Festival. These events are used as an opportunity to build community and show visitors the living stones of the church - the people - and some of what they believe.
