ep. 5- You're not breaking generational curses- you're starting new ones
Evolve or repeat. Due to the state of…well, the world- I’ve been hearing a lot of “history repeats itself” and it’s gotten me to thinking- not just about the future of the United States but the future of US- namely, why it seems like some of us keep listening to the same narratives that created the generational curses we’re trying to break. On this week's episode we're talking about how generational curses can sometimes hide in plain sight-and how we unknowingly repeat them. I'm also sharing a personal story with you about how I repeated a cycle I swore not to, and you get your very first ceiling rant homework assignment. Are you ready to get triggered?
