
This is part 1 of a three-part series that I wanted to make talking about a system I've developed to help me grow and change the parts of me (behavior, habits, etc.) that I want to improve on. I call it The Cycle because for all of us, these problems will keep coming up in different ways and it's up to us to fix ourselves and get out of this cycle. This has really helped change my life and I hope you find value you in it as well.
