
If you haven't seen Part 1 of this series, I would recommend watching that episode first. In this episode, we continue talking about the Cycle process and recognizing the problem. We all have those mindsets or behaviors that continue to keep happening. It's up to us to identify those patterns and understand why they're happening. For example, is it from our past? Is it because of stress at work? I think this is helpful for breaking those negative patterns and hopefully improving.
