Growing up, there's a good chance that you saw someone who you aspired to be like. It could have been an athlete, business person, doctor, actor and you hoped your own career trajectory could be similar to their career and life. So if we do that in our professional life, why shouldn't we do it in our personal life too? Who is it you aspire to like when it comes to being a partner, a parent, a friend? We don't talk about it enough, but it matters. Today I wanted to talk about our future selves and give some insight into what I'm doing to make that happen in case it's helpful for you all.
