Unapologetically eclectic, unscripted and uncensored! For years people told us to do a podcast but we had too much going on. Besides, do people really want hear what we have to say? So we waited until the podcast market was saturated before we said, ok! Maybe we do have an interesting perspective to share. After all, we are coaches, authors, LGBTQ, married, one of us is a cancer survivor, together 21 years and we still have very real conversations several times a day. How many couples do you know who do that? Our topics of conversation are so varied, you never know what you’re going to get!

Well, it’s ABOUT TIME we got back to podcasting after our 6-week #CelebrationRoadTrip (check it out @ccndoc on social media)! In our defense, we had crap reception on the trip and since arriving back home we have spent the last couple of weeks catching up on everything from voting to taxes to medical appointments, fixing and winterizing things around CCnDoc’s On the Rocks. We’re pooped!

WARNING: Harsh words ahead! You may notice a different tone in this Shit Floats podcast, pre-recorded this summer, just after Doc’s retirement. You might detect frustration, sarcasm and even anger at the establishment of corporate America. All great indicators that retirement from corporate America was long overdue! We’re guessing you can relate at this time of the Great Resignation!

Despite our saltiness, there are many pearls of wisdom to be had in this engaging podcast, opportunities for leaders to step up (don’t be a turd), and encouragement and validation for those needing to find a way to swim in or escape the Cesspool.
