Touchstone, formerly a multi-unit owner/operator of Tim Horton’s Café and Bake Shops, is currently a franchise partner owner/operator of Donatos Pizza, opening its first location inside John Glenn Columbus International Airport in 2014.

Robert has more than 35 years of leadership in the business and hospitality industry. Since launching Touchstone in 2009, he has grown it into a dynamic hospitality management and consulting company and a longtime Donatos franchise partner, operating multiple locations inside John Glenn International Airport. As a joint venture partner with global restaurateur, HMSHost, he also operates a collection of well-known concessions, from Starbucks to Wolfgang Puck. Beyond his business ventures, Robert is a certified John Maxwell coach, an active community leader, and the recipient of numerous awards recognizing his impact and service.
