With the government shutdown in its fifth week, the uncertainty is affecting many military families who are left wondering if their paychecks will stop or if food aid may end. The top city prosecutor in Washington, D.C., claims an ATM provider is enabling a crypto scam where victims think they're protecting their money by buying bitcoin.
