This week's creature feature takes us to Maine, where there's something sinister lurking in the serene waters of Lake Placid. Directed by Steve Miner and starring a stacked cast featuring Bill Pullman (handsome king), Brendan Gleeson, and a foul mouthed Betty White (RIP).
This was a horror film we both loved in the 90s, and we're chomping at the bit to get our jaws around this monster movie, but the question remains, does it hold up?
Is Lake Placid the greatest crocodile movie of all time, or is it looking more like Lake Flacid as we discuss the fun, the flawed, and the scaled and clawed in this childhood piece of 90s nostalgia.
