I read Psalm 13, a psalm of lament and I recite my personal lament poem. I wrote it like spoken word, perhaps a rap or a song. The tentative title is: Coming to America. Embedded in the lament is a collective identity culture. Though I may not have personally experienced everything in the poem, I identify with them because they are family in one way or another.

I summarize bystander intervention training given by Hollaback. Distract. Delegate. Document. Delay. Direct. They offer free training online for dealing with Anti-Asian harassment. You have to register. So far, they have trained over 40,000 people. My wife and I have done two trainings. they are at www.ihollaback.org. Very helpful tools, not just for Anti-Asian attacks, but any kind of harassment or uncomfortable situation.
