Darryl Boukedes is Senior Vice President with the company’s CBRE Wholesale Lending practice, a division of the company’s Capital Markets platform. In this position, Mr. Boukedes is responsible for developing and managing national accounts on a wholesale basis, with a focus on small balance lending. Mr. Boukedes has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Mr. Boukedes developed the wholesale lending platform and relationships for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for Sabal Financial. Mr. Boukedes also worked in the Portfolio Surveillance and Reporting division of Wells Fargo as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst, personally overseeing a $6 billion CMBS portfolio. He also worked with the entire CMBS and Agency Portfolio of over $600 billion serviced by Wells Fargo. Mr. Boukedes analyzed trends and prepared monthly reports and presentations. He was also a managing director for Real Estate Capital Company, a wholesale commercial lender and has over 10 years of experience in residential lending.

Mr. Boukedes is based in Charlotte, NC managing national accounts, reporting to Dan Winzeler, Managing Director, CBRE Capital Markets.
