Andrew McClam is a 27 year old full time Real Estate investor focusing mainly on Wholesaling residential properties in Columbia, SC. He says the advantage of wholesaling is being able to “keep the best and wholesale the rest”. He flips a few select properties each year and buys his rentals using creative finance tactics. After being full time for a little over two years, in the first quarter of 2021 Andrew will close over 20 houses for over $130,000 in profit.
