Krystle is a mental performance coach, specializing in high performance and professional sports. 

She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation and has a background is in Theatre and Drama, holding a Master’s degree in applied Theatre and Drama from UCT. 

When she was the head of drama at an all-boys school in Cape Town, she was the teacher who many boys sought guidance from. It was during this experience that Krystle realised that she wanted to study further, and after doing research on psychology, discovered Coaching.
