Today I chat to George Caputa who is an associate editor at Nature Metabolism where he can enjoy reading papers all day. He finished a PhD at Washington University in St Louis, USA, after which he took a dive in the deep end by moving to Freiburg, Germany for his Postdoc in Immunometabolism.
