Listen Before Your Next Interview | Job Interview Tips

Thanks for checking out this *Bonus Episode* featuring tips for your next interview!

Take a listen to take your interview skills to the next level and ensure that you stand out from the other candidates. One of the most valuable take aways from an interview is that you make a impression on your interviewer. They're probably reading 100s of CVs and then having to conduct tonnes of interviews. Once you've been shortlisted, you've got your foot in the door. This means that in the meeting with your potential employer you don't want to give standard responses or regurgitate your resume. You want to give them reasons why they should hire you by either highlighting your soft skills or giving them examples of your skills (sneak a few cheeky anecdotes in there). Also by removing the fear from the interview process it makes you comfortable and it's then easier to transform into a flowing two-way conversation.

Hope you found this helpful and if you've got an interview soon, I wish you the best of luck! You're going to smash it :)
