Urmi is currently working in the Finance sector and is CFA qualified after years of dedication studying whilst working full time. She is truly inspiring and talks through the process of undertaking the CFA exams and providing tips & tricks to passing these notoriously hard tests. We also talk about her career in Compliance spanning 4 years with a focus in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laudering). Compliance is a rarely talked about sector that is massively important, with a small pool of talent to choose from, these jobs often pay high salaries for this sought after experience. Urmi then also discusses her plans for the future including writing a second book, with hopes of one day giving a Ted Talk.
