When Jessica Smith’s husband Jesse suffered a grand mal seizure in 2023, their world was turned upside down. Doctors diagnosed him with a grade 2 astrocytoma, a malignant brain tumour. After surgery to remove most of it, they were told chemotherapy and radiation were their only options.
