Is Minnesota's Bill in JEOPARDY? - Canna-Talk ND 5/4/23

In the senate in Minnesota Lindsey Port's bill passed in a 34-33 vote on Friday the bill covers adults to possess five pounds of flower from home cultivation, plus an additional two pounds of product purchased from stores that brings it to 7 Pounds! while Zack Stephenson's house bull passed in a 71-59 vote April 24th and his bill covers adults to possess 1.5 points with home cultivation and product purchased its important to know both are very generous and one of the highest limits given to state citizens, both have a 8 plant cap while one has a 10% tax and the other have a 8% tax that is on TOP of sales tax in the state which are both one of the lower limits in the nation a fine for breaking these limits would range from 1000 or 10000 Its very important to note because both passed the chances of it failing are low to improbable the main issue seems to be municipalities having control if retail would be allowed Source: https://www.marijuanamoment.net/here-are-the-key-differences-in-the-minnesota-house-and-senate-marijuana-legalization-bills-that-are-being-negotiated/ Check out Canna-Talk ND every Thursday on 95.9FM Radio Free Fargo with host Greg Wilson!
