Genevieve is new to the sport of Canicross, but she's not new to dogs or to running, so when she happened to see a local Canicrosser in her town, she knew she had to dig deeper and find out more! Now she and her GSD, Lucky 13 are tearing up the trails in the Niagara region.
Professionally Genevieve is a dog groomer and owns The Canine Cartel Grooming salon. Today we chat about the importance of proper grooming and how it should be part of your Canicross training and running routine.
