Linsday is mom to her little girl Delina - She is from Kitchener, ON where she lives with her husband Joe. She had a long 48 hour labour, her plan was to birth in the birth centre but after a some things thrown her way she ended up in hospital to deliver. She is a huge advocate for Hypnobirth and found it to be her saving grace during pregnancy and for the labour and birth of Delina. She has a rough PP recovery with some very uncommon abdominal tearing which she ended up seeing a physio therapist to help heal.
