Craig Keener: The Historical Jesus of the Gospels

On Feb28th Craig Keener gave a talk to AAIV on the gospels from a historical context (especially concerning miracles and apparent inconsistencies) and how we can learn about Jesus through basic historical methods. Dr. Keener is currently professor of New Testament at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. He is a prolific biblical scholar, having published 28 books, including the widely-referenced IVP Bible Background Commentary: New Testament, which has more than one million copies in circulation.
