In the movie you will follow a story about how the police force try to get a murderer off the street while they hide in plain sight amongst innocent people. Sounds good right? Well it's lightly based on a true story so that makes it even better. The inspirational event was called Operation Flagship and it was when the US Marshall and the local police stations worked together to do one of the biggest stings in history to capture convicts.
