For those of you that don’t know, he was a Menominee camper, counselor, and AD, and then, he and his amazing wife Teri were the owners and directors of Camp Marimeta until they recently sold it and retired. For those of you that DO know Sandy, you know that he is just one of the loveliest people on the planet, and a truly special person in the camp community. Jason and Sandy talked about his time at Menominee, how he got to Marimeta, what type of culture he built there, things that only camp owners and directors could talk about, and so much more!

Join us at Cocktails Around the Campfire, our annual signature event that combines the traditional elements of a fundraiser with the energy and fun of camp.This will be our second year at Amazing Space @ 625 in downtown Chicago — right off the Kennedy Expressway with easy driving access and complimentary parking. Or take the Metra...it’s also close by. Proceeds from the evening will support our programs which send hundreds of youth to camp each summer.
