In a sport where you fight depending on your weight, cutting weight can be a strategic call. It can also be very unhealthy. We are athletes and we depend on our body's ability to perform. Let’s make sure our weight-cutting strategies are helping us instead of damaging us.

In this episode, we talk about different strategies. What NOT to do and what to do. We advise you to make a trial period with your weight cut, to make sure you can actually deliver maximum performance when it’s time.
