Ahhh. And just like that, we are halfway through 2023. It’s the perfect time to check back in with those New Year Resolutions goals you made at the top of the year.
But..self reflection can sometimes be uncomfortable because it forces you to sit with yourself, your thoughts, and to hold yourself accountable. But maybe it’ll become a bit easier if you hear Gloria Nkoyo doing it.
