Send us a text In this episode I share a very heartfelt story from a dear friend about how shame drove him to superhuman levels of self torture trying to be enough. It didn’t work. Now we both see the need to love our kids and make sure they know that they are enough no matter what. Loving our kids unconditionally teaches them to love themselves unconditionally.
