Experiencing beauty is not possible without empathy. In this episode, we will see why this is true. People who have given a tremendous more than they keep seem to have more pleasure in life than those who hold onto everything they acquire. Empathy in ingrained in us all, as we age, we decide (based upon our history coupled with our genetic predispositions = code) what attributes to keep, strengthen, or reduce. Emotional, compassionate, and cognitive empathy requires a balance of all three to experience true beauty.
