About Dr. Hart
Dr. Hart grew up in Oregon, and decided at age 10 that shecould do a better job in healthcare than the care she witnessed in the Kaiser system. While she took a few detours into music and zookeeping, she obtained her bachelors in biology at St. Martin's University in 2010, then her doctorate in natural medicine at the National College of Natural Medicine in 2015, then a 3 year residency through Southwest Family Physicians. In fall of 2024, she started a mental health private practice to focus on neurodivergence and support for children, teens, and adults. When she isn't teaching about mental health or in clinic, she enjoys reading science fiction, playing video games, and hiking with her kids and husband.
