Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol

It's that time again at KBRT! Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol presented as a radio play through sound and voice. The story, A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, is that of Ebenezer Scrooge, an elderly miser in Victorian London who is visited by four ghosts on Christmas Eve. First, the ghost of his dead business partner Jacob Marley who is forced to roam the earth in chains as punishment for his greed and selfishness in life. Marley warns Scrooge of his similar fate, which he may avoid by the visitation of three other ghosts, the ghost of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Yet to Come.  Listen as the chilling holiday story comes to life through an audio broadcast during the golden age of radio.
