Scratching his own itch, Sam had an e-commerce store but he was looking for operator to help run his store. Unfortunately, the only solution that he had or was told about was looking within his own network. After realizing this was a pain point in his journey, he decided to resolve this problem because if this was a problem of his, it must be others as well. Thus the creation of Chief Operators.
