Orlando is hot. And it might be a different kind of hot than anywhere else in the world. Maybe it's the concrete. Maybe it's all the vacationers crammed into a confined space as they are all heading to the same places.

I don't really know but it's a lot!

So this week we throw out some strategies to keep the heat at bay. Or at least to minimize the effects of the blazing Orlando sun. The key is always to stay hydrated guys. Drink lots of water!!!
