Today we are so lucky to be speaking with Ulla Sommerfelt. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of EGGS Design, which is a multidisciplinary design house with over 120 employees in 5 cities in 3 countries. Ulla's dream is to create the world's best workplace for creative people.
She has her education in business, management and behavioral economics, life long learner, she has lived and worked in the USA, Norway and Denmark, started her career at IBM in the eighties and spent approx. 15 years in the IT industry, you Started working with designers around the year 2000, and now she is also a business angel.
She is particularly interested in culture, management, technology, start-ups, sustainability and design, and believe that business must be a force to solve the world's great challenges.
She is a fierce businesswoman with an eye for design.
