Marc Adams, Business Profitability and Growth advisor is joined by Matthew Gray of Hawaii Food Tours. Matthew has been a chef for Rock and Legends like Pink Floyd, The Eagles, and others. Matthew has been a Restaurant Critic for the largest newspaper in Hawaii. He has many years of experience in the food industry. Matthew, like many others, had to pivot his business when COVID hit. As the travel industry crashed, he had to reconfigure his business to be able to survive through those difficult times. He knew that his love for food and his love for people was what he wanted to focus on. “I want to use my life experiences and health to help others also reach goals that may feel unattainable”. He used his personal life experience to help others suffering similar illnesses to get healthy.
