On this weeks episode, I had a conversation with Richard Harris who owns a business called EQ Coaching & Consultancy.
Richard helps businesses by providing them with coaching services to build better and more efficient teams.
He works with board level Employees to uncover what the bottlenecks are in their business as to why they aren't working as well as they could be and then finds the solution.
He also worked for central government in being part of the team that wrote new policies around providing new Social care solutions for the education sector and helping them to deal with families that are going through difficulties.
We talk in detail about how he has managed to do this.
We talk about some of the commonalities that successful business people have in common and also some of the commonalities which haven't been so good.
