In this weeks episode, I'll be having a conversation with multiple nightclub and bar owner Rich Gilbert, For those of you that don't know....
Rich owns one of the current longest serving nightclubs in the city of Southampton called Cafe Parfait(@cafeparfait). He was also one of the founding partners of Switch(@switchsoton) which has become one of the top go to nightclubs in the country for electronic dance music fans.
He was also one fo the founding partners of the Sound-clash music festival, which brought A list Dance music artists to the city and from that has now started what is a thriving dance music community.
Rich goes into depth about how he's built a career out of clubbing and partying and how he's turned his passion for dance music and club life into his business.
We talk about the challenges he's faced, the successes he's had but also the failures he had back in his early days.
