Welcome to the Business of eCommerce the show that helps e-commerce retailers start launch and grow their e-commerce businesses. I'm here today with Kim Wren. Kim is a director of business development at SkuVault, a cloud-based inventory and warehouse management system. I've known him for a while. She's an expert in everything skew vault inventory lid, where I was managing unrelated. So I asked her in the show to talk about if you're a retailer and you're looking at setting up a warehouse, what are some do's? And don'ts, what are some things you should definitely be looking for? And just some random tips that can really help you in the initial setup and save you some time in the long run. So it's a super interesting show. I hope you guys enjoy it.
