
You might be wondering what Asthma and Air Quality have to do with each other, but if you are then you probably don't have Asthma. Recent wildfire seasons have been a nightmare for everyone, but particularly those with Asthma as it gives just another trigger to set off their already spastic breathing. That's not even considering in the outdoor recreating part of things so add smoke to the list of things that irritate the lungs such as cold air, exertion/exercise, pollen, and much more that you are more likely to encounter when trying to exist outdoors.
