My guest today has researched this phenomenon by interviewing 50 to 60 business owners and coalescing that research into his best-selling book called Emotional Overdraft.

Today it’s my pleasure to have Andy Brown on the podcast. Andy has over 30 years’ experience as an award-winning adviser and coach for people-based businesses. 

In his research Andy identified 10 drivers that take us into an emotional overdraft and today he’s sharing insights into his research and his book along with his own experiences of going into his emotional overdraft.
