Today’s conversation is a juicy one. My guest Jenn Doheney goes deep into her personal burnout experience and what recovery looked like for her. Yoga played a pivotal role for her and we dive deeper than ever before into what she and I mean by the term “yoga”. We talk about yoga philosophy and it’s relevance to burnout prevention and recovery. 

Jenn also has a corporate background and she is now an expert in designing employee wellbeing programmes so we also get stuck into the topic of wellbeing programmes for employees - what goes wrong and how to go beyond lip service when designing the wellbeing programme for your organisation.
